The film also features character actor Ed Bishop, who later went on to star in the Gerry Anderson cult-TV show UFO.
PLOT:
Rogue elements of the communist Chinese army led by evil renegade Chinese General Chan Lu plan on launching nuclear attacks on America from a series of underground tunnels using fantastic burrowing machines to place atomic bombs under major U.S. cities. It's up to brave, but disgraced military man Commander Jonathan Shaw to stop General Chan Lu before it's too late. Leading U.S. Navy troops underground he attempts to foil their dastardly plans...
